Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki
Sometimes the chemistry ends up seeping into real life, which is what happened with Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki in Descendants of The Sun.
The two fell for each other so hard that in October 2017, they decided to tie the knot!
But just 20 months after they said yes to each other, their love story came to an end.
It was just speculation at first, as Hye Kyo was seen without her wedding ring, but later Joong Ki released a statement.
He said:
“I have arranged for my divorce with Song Hye Kyo. We both hope to settle the divorce process in a smooth manner, rather than attack and blame each other.”
The two apparently separated 11 months after their marriage.
However, the divorce was a shock for Hye Kyo, since she only found out about the divorce through the media.
In the end, these two separated rather peacefully, without any public drama.
There might be bad blood between them, but one thing is for sure – these two are definitely never acting side by side again.
