Just like Hyo Jin, Go Eun was also criticized for being too ugly and not worthy to be paired with her main lead actor.
During her drama The King: Eternal Monarch, she was paired with Lee Min Ho and netizens found their combination a bit off.
Aside from her being labeled as not too good-looking with her partner, netizens also pointed out how her acting couldn’t match Lee Min Ho’s, but as the drama started, she proved everybody wrong and impressed everyone with her impressive acting.
She also experienced receiving hateful comments on her personal Instagram.
Back in 2018, Go Eun uploaded a selfie with her bare face while chilling in a hammock.
There was nothing wrong with the photo, but some netizens left hurtful comments stating she looked too plain and not like an actor, one comment stated that she looked like an aunt and even questioned why she would post such a photo.
Later on, Go Eun decided to delete her photo and fans speculated it could be because of all the hateful and negative comments left under her photo.
She then uploaded a new photo together with her Goblin co-star Lee El and Yoo In Na.
Once it was uploaded, her fans decided to flood her comment section with lots of supporting messages reminding her how beautiful she was and to not take hateful comments too seriously.
