Seo Ye Ji

Everybody fell in love with her charms in the drama It’s Okay To Not Be Okay, but just right after the drama ended, people started saying that off camera, she has similarities with her character’s personality and would even label her as problematic.

However, the bigger issue is when she got embroiled in a gaslighting situation with her alleged ex-boyfriend, Kim Jung Hyun, which resulted in her getting cut off from an upcoming drama.

Reports say she would manipulate the actor into doing things that could damage his career.

Screenshots of their conversations were made public and there it was revealed that Ye Ji reportedly forced Jung Hyun into not having any physical interaction with his co-star in his 2018 drama, Time.

One of the staff members even confirmed that he was constantly on his phone and indeed kept on asking for changes in the script.

He then eventually left the drama and had to seek treatment for depression.

Following the disclosure of these stories, aside from getting kicked out from her dramas, some of her endorsement partners also cut ties with her.
