In the third episode of the second season of the show, both mothers of the patients Eun Ji and Min Chan were waiting for a heart donor.
While they were at the hospital’s cafeteria, all of a sudden Min Chan’s mom received a call telling her they found a heart donor for Min Chan.
Escalating with the news, Eun Jin’s mom also congratulated her but the pain in her eyes was clearly shown as she also waits for good news for her own daughter.
Later on, she was seen sobbing all night in the garden and her helplessness and desperation can be felt throughout the scene.
