In the 11th episode, the detectives were ready to arrest Hee Sung but his wife warned him despite getting hurt.
They continue talking on the bridge and Ji Won tearfully yells at him for what he has done.
Hee Sung sobs and asks her why she did not leave him even if she already knew.
Even as a detective, she still cared for and loved him and covered him as his wife.
After hearing his wife’s explanation, Hee Sung clutches his heart and apologizes for everything he did and all he wants to do is go home with his wife.
