Did you know the filming of Little Women took place in many beautiful areas in Singapore?
The show is introduced with an aerial shot of Marina Bay Sands and later on you can see the well known Fullerton Hotel.
There have also been some scenes filmed at Robinson Road and the condo Corals at Keppel Bay.
Wi Ha Joon even uploaded a picture at Universal Studios to let his fans know he was in Singapore.
His co-star Uhm Ji won posted on the platform when filming began.
There were some restrictions for the citizens at the time the show was being filmed. For example, bus companies had to change their schedules and make the buses stop less often.
An unforgettable behind the scenes moment was when Song Joong Ki joined the show for his cameo.
He cracks a joke by pretending to be just a regular guy passing by when he walks past the set and says, “Who’s appearing on the show?”.
In behind the scenes footage it shows that he really knows how to set the mood.
Speaking of cameos, Park Ji Young thought she would only appear for a few episodes.
Turns out she is staying a little longer and she revealed that even though she joined the cast when filming had already begun, her co-stars did a great job of making her feel comfortable.
Being comfortable on set is not always possible. Actress Kim Go Eun accidentally got hit with a ball during the filming process.
Oh Jung Se was supposed to film a scene in which he got angry. Once he forgot his lines, which made everyone laugh.
The second time he threw a ball against the ground and it bounced back, hitting Go Eun.
She thought it was funny, but Jung Se felt so bad he continued apologizing to her.
We also learned that Wi Ha Joon is actually quite shy.
In the tvN footage he is seen messing up his confident walk because he gets a little sheepish. Go Eun teases him for this.
The two seem to get along great and people love their chemistry.
In one of the scenes Go Eun is wearing a beautiful blue dress and the two are supposed to film a serious scene.
They can not keep a straight face though, which seems to be a common issue.
Another issue Go Eun experienced on set was of a more technical nature.
In the scene, she arrives in Singapore. To prepare for this, the actress wanted to have some translations ready.
However, in the behind the scenes clip Go Eun looks confused when none of the translations are correct.
Nam Ji Hyun shows the same determination when filming.
In one of the scenes she’s supposed to sit at the top of a pole.
The crew is afraid the height might be bothering her, but she lets everyone know she has done this more often for her job than one might think.
What we can take from all this is that on the set of Little Women anything can happen.
